Muscle Testing and Energy Balancing

Let's learn how to muscle test! Also called Applied Kinesiology. I'll teach you how I personally muscle test - something I use every day! We'll talk about what you are accessing when you test, how to make sure you're getting answers, and some of the different applications of muscle testing. We'll go do a few practices together on balancing your energies and your bodies as well - very important for muscle testing and doing any energy work!
