The energy work I do involves muscle testing (applied kinesiology) and something I call "directing". It is an art and a process that I grew up with, my mother having learned it from a local good witch. I expanded my practice with Testing and Directing from addressing sickness to also using it to clear trauma, emotions, and untrue beliefs from the body. My practice also addresses ancestral inheritances, past life traumas, and spiritual influences over the body. 

Somatic exercises help to release stored tension and trauma in the body by moving through the stress cycle. Sometimes we get stuck in our thinking - we cycle over and over through the story and what we think we're dealing with. The body is so wise! When we allow the body to move in ways not dictated by our consciousness, we discover our body knows how to heal already. But we must allow the body to move! I employ different techniques to help you get out of your body's way so that it can move and express how it needs to in order to heal and integrate past trauma. 

Taoist and tantric practices originated in ancient Asia and involve meditation, breathwork, and movement to cultivate life force energy (qi) which enhances your spiritual, emotional, and physical health, bringing balance and harmony to your life. The more safe you can come to feel in your body, the more you will thrive in life.
